Welcome to the Australian Institute of Business Analysis (AIBA) | |
The AIBA helps Australian organisations to manage and develop
a decentralised enterprise-wide Business Analysis capability
and establish a cohesive Community of Practice
The AIBA is the peak professional body for the business analysis profession in Australia. Using our nationally recognised AIBA learning and development framework as a common industry model, the AIBA provides individuals with a personalised learning and development pathway which in turn enables organisations to improve their overall Business Analysis and collective problem solving capability.
The MyAIBA career development solution moves beyond training administration; we use a combination of technology and expertise to create an environment of high user adoption which builds collaborative communities and a rapid acquisition of competencies.
Initial adoption of the AIBA solution typically comprises the following:
- Mapping of your current BA & BAU Job Family Frameworks to the AIBA Learning & Development Framework.
- An online self-assessment and personalised report for every participating individual providing them with their current competency level against the AIBA framework and the learning gaps to focus on over the next 12 months to develop their career.
- A structured one-on-one 2-hour coaching conversation with an AIBA Assessor providing invaluable personal insight as well as formal AIBA Accreditation and cross-industry credentials.
- Every participating individual gets access to the MyAIBA Career Development Portal and their own personal profile which will identify the industry training courses that are specifically targetted to the development of their competencies at their individual level.
- People Managers/PMO's/Human Resources/Learning & Development all get access to a rich set of data and reports providing organisational insights and supports the improvement of your Workforce Planning, People Development, Talent Management, Recruitment and Retention initiatives.
